G’day Everyone
During our first big trip in our Winnebago, we did an anti-clockwise lap of Australia between August 2009 and January 2010. This meant that we were in the hottest parts of Australia during the hottest parts of the year. In particular, we were travelling through the Top End of the Northern Territory and The Kimberley region of north-west WA just as most tourist operators were closing for the season. We originally hoped that we would alternate between bush camps and caravan parks, but with most days reaching 40-45 degrees it was simply too hot. We soon realised that there were a few minor improvements that we would need to make to our motorhome before our next trip.
